Angel Among Roses

Approaching Valentines Day, I thought to make love-compositions in my “angel box” collage series. I first collated background monoprinted deli paper in the dominant color, gold green. When I printed the deli paper, I overlaid the green with a screenprint template of the rose design plus the turquoise grid. As I tore and affixed the background, some of the colors and designs appeared. Fortunately, I had printed enough paper to assemble a pleasing design.
